Women in the International BPP Chapter

Black women played a key role in the Panthers’ International Chapter in Algeria. A new book attempts to tell some part of this history. We will be digging in critically to see what stories of women can be gleaned from Elaine Mokhtefi’s Algiers, Third World Capital: Freedom Fighters, Revolutionaries, Black Panthers (2018).
